Made in 1963 handcrafted, from Khenifra, a small town in the Middle Atlas.
The technique used is the Hanbel it is the Berber kilim, woven flat, fine and quite solid. Its colors are bright, its geometric lines are symmetrical and harmonious.
Be aware that the Moroccan kilim is very difficult to make, because the lines and shapes must be well arranged, the women weavers only use their instincts to weave lines symmetrically.
Sometimes, Berber rugs are asymmetrical, rest assured it is not a defect, on the contrary, it proves that it is indeed a craftsmanship
